Giveaway terms

Phantom 6 Dark Night giveaway: terms and conditions. By entering you agree to these terms.

1. The promoter

The promoter is Jack Fischoo (jackfischoo.com), based in Coventry, United Kingdom. Contact: jackfischoo@gmail.com.

2. The prize

One (1) pair of Nike Phantom 6 Low Custom Elite “Dark Night” FG football boots in the winner’s chosen size (subject to availability; if the size is unavailable, an alternative pair of equal or greater value will be offered). Delivery is free to any country Jack Fischoo ships to. There is no cash alternative.

3. Who can enter

Open to anyone aged 16 or over. Under-18s must have permission from a parent or guardian. Not open to anyone involved in running the giveaway.

4. How to enter

• Paid entry: tickets are sold at jackfischoo.com individually (99p) or in bundles (5 for £3.99, 10 for £6.99, 25 for £14.99, 50 for £27.99, 100 for £49.99). Each ticket is one entry. There is no limit on the number of tickets sold.
• Free entry (no purchase necessary): submit the free entry form at the bottom of this page with your full name and email. One free entry per person per day. Free entries are entered into the draw on exactly the same basis and with the same chance of winning as paid entries.

5. Closing date

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 18 November 2026. Entries received after closing will not be entered and paid entries received after closing will be refunded.

6. The draw

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (paid and free) using a random number generator, and will be announced on Instagram (@jackfischoo) and emailed on 19 November 2026.

7. The winner

The winner will be emailed using the email given at entry and announced on Instagram (first name and initial only). The winner must reply within 14 days with their size and delivery address, or a new winner will be drawn.

8. Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except where the giveaway is cancelled or entries are received after closing, in which case they will be refunded in full.

9. General

We may cancel or change the giveaway if circumstances outside our control require it, and will refund all paid entries if we cancel. We may disqualify entries that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. Personal data is used only to run the giveaway and contact the winner (and for marketing only if you chose to receive it). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Nike or Instagram. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
